• Co-developed Nuventra Pharma Sciences from a two person boutique consulting shop into a 125 person full-service drug development consulting group. • Clinical Pharmacology and Regulatory Professional with 15 years of experience in Drug Development Consulting. • Fifteen years of experience in basic, applied, and clinical research with an emphasis on biologics. Extensive experience in bioanalytical techniques including HPLC, LC/MS and LC/MS/MS analysis of small molecules and biologics.

Developed and maintained a facility capable of chemical and biochemical research showcasing Hitachi’s UV/FL spectroscopy, HPLC/UPLC, and LC/MS products. The laboratory was responsible for the analysis of customer samples across the three product lines (Mass Spectrometry, HPLC, and UV/FL Spectrophotometry). Responsible for the development and dissemination of applications across all three product lines.

Built and managed the Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry Core Facility from scratch into a 4-person laboratory capable of numerous proteomic and protein analytical techniques. The laboratory provided proteomic and mass spectral services to medical and biochemical investigators from across Jefferson and the Philadelphia area. Services included protein purification, electrophoretic and chromatographic (HPLC) protein separation, fluorescent gel imaging and analysis, high-throughput robotic processing, and mass spectral analysis of proteins, peptides, and other biological macromolecules.

• Interfaced with customers both pre- and post-sale to educate them on the merits of Amersham instrumentation.• Performed proteomic research both independently and in conjunction with external collaborators.• Created standard operating procedures for use of Amersham instrumentation and consumables. • Wrote application notes describing the advantages of utilizing Amersham instrumentation.
