I've written press releases, articles, and blog content for brands such as SkyAlert, Dada Room, Poliglota, AdoptaUnChico, Apprendo, and various other startups. Additionally, I have covered press tours for IGN Latam and provided proofreading services for editorial projects, including the Spanish translated version of "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: The Notes 2," a book by Big Hit Entertainment featuring BTS.

I developed content for the PayPal.com team, specifically targeting the US-based Enterprise segment. Working in accordance with a Content Strategy that involves multiple business partners, my objective was to create website content relevant to online audiences while aligning with G2M, SEO, brand, UX and accessibility goals.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I focused on implementing strategies that ensured Drip's branding consistency across internal and external communications. This involved working closely with Business Development and Marketing, as well as coordinating efforts with SEO, Social Media, and PR teams. My goal was to ensure the messaging and brand identity of our services and products resonated with global clients and other relevant stakeholders.

I planned Business Communication and Public Relations efforts, and led activities related to social media, blog (SEO) as well as content marketing in the Mexico market for a fintech startup specialized in trade finance.

I localized, developed, and wrote content oriented towards Support and Business Processes with the goal of enhancing the Customer Experience and optimizing operations for Uber's community and support team in Latin America.

As an account executive, I served as a liaison between the brands and media,facilitating effective communication. I helped execute strategies based on storytelling, content creation, interviews and collaborations inside the Tech PR practice group.

I developed, researched and wrote stories related to Technology, Innovation, Management, Business and other trends for +10 brands, from startups to relevant technology international companies. In addition to writing and editing, I provided assistance to the PR team by giving useful information and insights in order to connect better with the media and other journalists. On a more strategic level, I took part of developing editorial guidelines for the brands that worked with us, making sure all of our content and efforts matched the PR communication objectives.

Working for both the print edition and website, I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the entire journalism and editorial process. This encompassed reporting, design, and editing. During my tenure, I covered news stories across diverse topics such as Technology and Video Games, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Travel, and Education.My interviews and coverage were primarily published in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Cancún. However, they were also featured in other editions of Metro World News across Latin America and the United States. This is because Publimetro is the Mexican edition of the largest publisher of free newspapers globally, with a presence in over 20 countries.

A good way to gain a better understanding of how businesses communicate is by being on the frontline, right where the conversations between the company and customers take place.As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), I had the opportunity to recognize the significance of communication at all levels and how it can profoundly influence the customer experience.I served as a CSR at an outsourced contact center located in Mexico City. In this role, I assisted both direct customers sending money over the phone and provided support to Western Union agents in the United States and Canada.
