As a designated Delivery Manager worked at client's location in the role of Agile Manager. Managed two teams of size 6 and 7 respectively. Apart from people management responsibilities I was more responsible in setting up and transitioning a new SCRUM frame work from traditional methodology. Have facilitated the key ceremonies like Sprint planning, Sprint review/Demo, retrospective, refinement and Daily Scrum meeting(Daily standup). Ensured the impediments are getting resolved by coordinating with respective people(internal team and external team)
