As a dedicated law student, I am drawing from my experiences to continuously cultivate a diverse skillset. I aspire to demonstrate my passion for law and legal studies by placing myself in environments that will prepare me for a future in the legal sector, whether this is as a member of the pro-bono society or a student in an elective Arabic course.I have gained valuable insights into the depth of the legal profession and the various areas it encompasses. I have been actively involved in mentoring, serving as a university advisor on a legal careers advice course, but most recently as a university peer mentor.In addition to my legal aspirations, I have developed a versatile skill set through my varied work experiences. My time in hospitality and retail equipped me with exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Outside my academic studies, my background has been enriched by a strong foundation in teamwork and leadership. I have honed these qualities through years of playing rugby and currently competing in American football at the university level. Playing sports has instilled in me resilience, strategic thinking and a commitment to completing my role to the best of my ability.Looking ahead, I am eager to explore legal opportunities as a solicitor, with a keen interest in learning new skills and developing my prospects.
