As President - Local Leader of International Coaching Federation Brazil - Rio de Janeiro, I am responsible for supporting ICF Brasil in dissemination of values, competencies ​​and recommendations about best practices of coaching as defined by ICF Global. It is my duty to manage a volunteer directors team, ensuring the development of coaching industry locally, supporting members and also attracting new ones.

Arrendamento Mercantil, a wholly owned subsidiary of Banco do Brasil, I acted in the independent inspection of the actions of the directors, reporting to shareholders. According to Presidential Decree No. 9,670 of January 2, 2019, with these main responsabilities:I - coordinate, elaborate and propose State Modernization Plans and Programs;II - coordinate processes of continuous improvement of state structures;III - elaborate and execute the process restructuring plan,procedures, access to information, controls and earnings management that will enable the improvement of public administration;IV - coordinate national plans for the restructuring of public careers of the Federal Executive Power, including development, performance management and recognition of public agents;V - propose and consolidate the regulatory framework for state modernization;VI - propose measures, plans and projects to expand access and facilitate the fulfillment of citizens' demands with the public administration;VII - support the adoption of practices that allow the implementation of the digital government project;VIII - propose models and tools that help in the elaboration of objectives and indicators for monitoring the results of the federal government;IX - establish and promote partnerships with third sector, companies and other entities for the purpose of modernization of the State;X - identify opportunities and disseminate innovative solutions for public management;XI - manage the technical groups of the Bem Mais Simples Brasil Program;XII - Identify, together with the other Ministries, Federal Government agencies, States, Federal District and Municipalities, projects, measures and action plans that agree with the objectives of the Bem Mais Simples Brasil Program, pursuant to art. 2 of Decree No. 8,414, of February 26, 2015, and suggest those with justified adherence as a possible agenda for the meetings of the Deliberative Committee and the Steering Committee of the Bem Mais Simples Brasil Program; andXIII - to monitor, monitor and evaluate the achievement of the objectives of the Bem Mais Simples Brasil Program.
