Responsibilities: Leading a team of Three instrument technicians, Maintenance, Operation, Fault Diagnosis, Repairs, and critical spares checklist Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves  Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers  Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, ABB ,.....) and Monitran vibration transducers. Involved in the mixing plants erection works, commissioning and maintenance. Programming of plant microcontroller  Calibrating of weighting systems including load cell  Planning and implementing additional control loops as per site requirements  Maintenance & calibration of Dryer temperature control system ( Honeywell ) Monitoring and Maintaining the House Keeping, Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments like (EUROTHERM) Temperature Controllers, Recorders – Power Thyristers, Pressure controllers etc. Installation, commissioning, Trouble shooting, Fault Diagnosing& routine maintenance of VIPA Programmable Logic Controller. Installation, commissioning, Trouble shooting, Fault Diagnosing& routine maintenance of LAND Pyrometer. Installation, commissioning, Trouble shooting, Fault Diagnosing& routine maintenance of ESA (HMI) Human Interfacing System. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs of Control panels. Provide on-site training to the customers about filed instruments. Prepare the technician shift schedule as per requirements, Shutdown works planning and supervision with safety work permit. Preventive maintenance activities for weekly / monthly and yearly schedule. Following Work Permit system and usage of Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPM) undergoing of Calibration / Maintenance activities.
