As an Operations Manager at Support Center for Child Advocates (SCCA), I oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the largest pro bono legal and social services agency for children in the country. I manage the budget, payroll, contracts, grants, and compliance for the organization, ensuring efficiency and accountability. I also coordinate and facilitate the staff training and development programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our dedicated team.I have a Master of Arts in Higher & Community Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where I also worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Department of Education and Communications. I have a passion for education and community engagement, and I have applied my expertise in various roles throughout my career. For example, as a Career Services Specialist at Philadelphia Technical Training Institute, I helped students and alumni with their career development and placement, and as an Admissions Counselor at the same institution, I recruited and enrolled prospective students.
