My focus is on fostering relationships that align business objectives with the goals of clients and contractors, delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Piping Design:• Development of Plot plan, Unit Plot plans & Equipment layouts.• Preparation of Piping Layouts, Isometrics and other details.• Preparation of Detailed Bill of Quantities for Procurement.• Selection of pipe supports.• Preparation of Piping Material Specifications and Datasheets.• Technical Bid Evaluation of various piping materials.• Hands-on experience to operate and managing multiple 3D modelling software like SP3D & PDS Stress Analysis:• Identification of client’s requirements as outlined in the FEED or ITB documents for implementation in design and preparing the job specifications for piping stress analysis work. • Preparation and finalization of of critical line lists• Carrying out the stress/flexibility analysis calculations of the critical piping systems using CAESAR II . • Coordination with piping layout engineers for the implementation of design change requirements. Project Management:• Coordination within company's department, Liaison with client and vendor to assist Project Manger as act as Lead Engineer during his/ her absence.• Review of Project technical scope for estimating man-hours and preparing schedule for the project.• Inter-departmental Interface and Identification of bottlenecks & their resolution.• Cost Estimates Procurement: • Correspondence with foreign and local vendors for the procurement of Pipes, valves, fittings.• Technical and commercial evaluation for the packages and other relevant documents.• Costing & evaluation of piping items like valves, pipes, fittings.
