To develop, implementation HSEMP, Policies, JSA/JHA, REKO 5, Procedures & daily basis conduct pre start meeting before commencement of any hazards task.To conduct & followed the RDMC HSE Protocols, Fatal Risk of Barrick,Risk Assessments, safety audits, & inspection to identify hazards & conducting weekly progressive meeting with RDMC Client.Responsible to lead incident investigations & report findings, ensuring root causes are addressed to prevent recurrence.Provide HSE training & awareness program for staff, contractors, and stakeholders.Monitor & analyze HSE performance matrix preparing reports & recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers & others stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning & execution.Ensure Compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management pollution prevention and resource conservation.Responsible for all HSE-related matters, including liaising with regulatory bodies & external auditors.Responsible for implementing and monitoring the Site Safety Management Plan.
