I was working in emirates flight catering under the transguard group during this 3 yaer period I work in Hot kitchen,cold kitchen, pastery, assembly. After complete the contract i change the company now im workin as a grill chef. I make the girlled chicken,beef,lamb chops and also manage the kitchen chiller,freezer &checking the stock rotation as well handling the staff.
