I am an experienced technology, IP and commercial transactional attorney. As in house counsel, I am responsible for large scale domestic and international commercial B2B agreements supporting the procurement, technology and communications departments, negotiating software, technology licenses, consulting, HR, advertising, telecom, Cloud, and SaaS agreements. I am well versed in counseling multi-functional teams involved in complex deals under tight deadlines. I make each deal its best through team work, listening to my clients, as well as advising them about business terms, IP rights, privacy, or data security issues, while creating a financial structure that works for both parties. For me, good counsel means building trust-driven relationships, giving practical, business oriented advice, along with writing that is clear and concise. I am currently working as consulting legal counsel to start ups and Fortune 500 corporations and open to in house opportunities.
