• Planning and buying for NPI products.• Attend material status and production meetings.• Responsible for loading demand, sourcing and quoting.• Provide material shortage solutions to customers.• Metric owner of Past due orders, Order confirmations, MDR's and Invoices.

• Responsible for ordering electronic components for different assemblies within several departments such IBM, Solarbridge, Cavet, L3-Wescam, Lucent, Intune, Cisco and Alcatel.• All orders are being processed through SAP system.• Confirming, expediting and de-expediting orders from our external suppliers.• Metric owner of Past due orders, Order confirmations and Invoices. Presenting metrics to department on weekly bases• Handling invoice rejections• Components verification during Annual Physical inventory.• Transfer IBM orders to Thailand.• Attend material status and production meetings

• Responsible for tracking non production material, expediting, cycle counting, POD/NPI – Proof of Design. (New Product Introduction)• Attend material status and production meetings.• Primary interface with corelab, planners, engineers.• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

• Responsible for scheduling of materials & kits for production line. Assure production starts plan is executed and ready to run on time.• Primary interface with manufacturing and planning teams.• Deals with daily issues regarding production, acts as a bridge between planning and manufacturing.• Attend material status and production meetings.• Coordinates staffing in accordance to work load and schedules.

• Responsible for physical movement of inventory and identifying shortages of material• Ensure that kits are build to meet established standards• Pull parts from the warehouse, for use in the manufacturing floor.• Communicating with production control staff and line schedulers to organize production schedule. • Responsible for Material Distribution showcasing activities.
