Managed the acquisition (systems conversion) of 10 banks for a regional bank across a 5 state area (all projects completed on time and under budget).Developed and implemented a customer survey and feedback program, streamlined processes in the operations division and implemented an internal application development and testing program significantly reducing system abends. Headed initiative to outsource ATM support (previously supported in house) improving ATM "up time" and reducing staff requirements and operating costs.

Provided technical and help desk support to the Naval Reserve Information Systems Office. Responsible for updating and distributing personnel support software across the entire Naval Reserve. Developed and implemented a new quality testing process, including adding required testing staff, to insure the quality of updates before they were distributed. Acquired and implemented a new help desk support application significantly improving performance and reducing response times for customer assistance.

Manager in the credit card operations center responsible for expanding a major new customer base nationwide (both card issuance and merchant support). This included on-site installation of merchant terminals, training of personnel for both terminal operations and all consolidated reporting from each site.
