TASKS ASSIGNED:1. Liaison with the Transaction Advisors (Technical, Financial & Legal), Regulators, Developers, Financial Institutions / Banks and all other stake-holders regarding PPP Projects.2. Administration for the Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Dual Carriageway (HMDC) Project and Hyderabad Badin Road (HBR) Project.3. Vetting legal documents related to achieve financial close of HMDC Project which included Senior facility document, Term Sheet for Syndicated Long Term Finance Facility, Project Funds Agreement, numerous Guarantee documents, ESCROW Agreement, Sub-Ordinated Debt Agreement and Lease Agreement.4. Preparation of draft legal documents including the bidding documents like RFPs, EOIs, Contract Agreements, Concession Agreements, Engagement Letters, for incorporation of Environmental & Social Impact Assessment of Infrastructure Development in line with Sindh EPA & best International Guidelines., Engagement Letters, for incorporation of Environmental & Social Impact Assessment of Infrastructure Development in line with Sindh EPA & best International Guidelines.MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:1. The Concession Agreement for the "Development of Hyderabad- Mirpurkhas Dual Carriageway (HMDC) Project", the first PPP Project in the country was signed with the Korean Developer, M/S. Deokjae Construction Company Ltd., Korea.2. I was the part of working group responsible for the Institutional Development of PPPs in Sindh, and with the efforts the Sindh Public Private Partnership (PPP) Act, 2010 was enacted after passing by Sindh Provincial Assembly.3. With the team-efforts of PPP Unit, Finance Department, following documents were drafted with the help of Asian Bank's International PPP Consultants: (a) Guidelines for the Sindh Public Private Partnership (PPP) Policy; (b) Sindh Project Development Facility (SPDF) Fund & (c) Guidelines for the Viability Gap Fund (VGF)
