As a Business Coach, I assist people in discovering their dreams of self-sufficiency in a safe environment. Through a process of education, awareness and discovery. I help my clients clarify their personal income, life style, wealth and equity goals to determine and evaluate their options, including business ownership. With a relationship of trust and in a safe place, I coach my clients to understand what motivates them and evaluate what is important to them. I facilitate transformation in my clients by asking questions and thus helping them gain clarity. Further, as a coach, I help my clients stay on track while thinking outside their comfort zone so that they can reach for new goals and horizons.

As Director of Admissions & Marketing, I managed the facility's daily census by building and maintaining positive relationships with referring agencies, hospitals, physicians, case mangers, social workers and community businesses. Internal responsibilities included culture development, family tours, referral management, resident satisfaction, thoroughly understanding Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurace, all admissions paperwork, etc.

I had the honor of helping employers provide valuable benefits to their employees and assisted the employess in understaning what benefits were needed specifically for their families.
