I have been working in the business information sector since 1996, initially working in quantitative market research for a leading UK agency, and then at CSL since 2000. My role at CSL has evolved constantly, but has always been centered around customer engagements and the design and development of new products and services.I'm lucky to work with a team that's highly capable of turning ideas into reality, and with customers that trust us to continually move things forward.
