She is skilled in Project Cycle Management, Visionary leadership, Influence and transformation of lives with a passion of helping young people to identify their potential. Over time Marcelina has gained skills in Social Accountability, capacity building for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Strategic Planning and implementation, Research on humanitarian and development and psychosocial support/ resilience building. Marcelina has a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Dar es Salaam, Master of Business Administration from ESAMI/MsM and ordinary degree in Development studies from Kimmage Development Studies Centre.
