I manage a high-talent team of data, analytics, and reporting professionals. Together we democratize data and insights across the organization through ML, automation, and BI. Some of our projects include financial forecasting, master data management, customer segmentation, customer attrition modeling, target list automation, Power BI enterprise reporting, and ad hoc analytics.In my first year at Dentsply Sirona, I led the migration of our analytical tools away from SQL server and Excel towards an Azure data lake, Databricks, and Power BI. Today, my team continues to manage the data engineering responsibilities to ingest and curate hundreds of sources daily while also providing analytic output for our stakeholders. We currently support marketing, sales, finance, product, and pricing across North America with some global responsibilities. My previous responsibilities included managing the analytics and reporting for our global teams under digital marketing and e-commerce. This included combining disparate data sources from Adobe (site analytics), Eloqua (emails), Cvent (events), SFDC, social media platforms, and SAP Hybris (site backend) to produce attribution modeling, and other metrics like campaign effectiveness, site registrations, bounce rates, loyalty points, etc.I've gained significant knowledge of the dental industry through the opportunities to partner with our commercial and sales leaders. Providing them with detailed insights across our products, sales teams, and customers has been a highlight of my role.

Started on the enterprise BI team to develop reporting in SSRS and Tableau using an SSAS tabular model. Reporting was in support of tracking the sales team's performance through a robust collection of SFDC pipeline KPIs and revenue performance. Promoted in my first year to the data scientist of the analytics team and became a SME of the payments industry to better understand customer behavior, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies. Performed customer segmentation, forecasting, and attrition modeling for our outbound call center, producing $6 million in revenue through customer retention. Continued to utilize Tableau for reporting analytic results of smaller ad hoc projects, automated MBRs, and published white papers on the market trends towards QR codes, NFC (tap-to-pay), and mobile apps.

This is where I started my career in data, analytics, and reporting. I had amazing mentors and a wide breadth of responsibilities that gave me hands-on experience in learning skillsets that I still tap into today. AGDATA is a niche vendor of the "Big 6" agricultural chemical companies. They provide data management, payment processing (rebate programs), analytics, and reporting to their clients. I worked across multiple roles and clients during my 6 years at AGDATA, but only one in my last 3 years. Here I was the primary contact for the client and honed my ability to balance their requests with our team's resources to deliver high-value output within typically tight timelines.
