Undertook an intensive 5-week DVSA Code academy receiving training in a range of programming languages and Service design techniques. This was followed by a two Week Agile for team training course ran by Government digital service.Following this training, I then completed three 2-month rotations in Ux Design, Business Analysis and User Research. Working in multidisciplinary agile delivery teams on a number of different services such as MOT Testing Service, MOT History and the Vehicle Operator Licences.

Provided IT and tech support for the entire organisations system requirements. Main responsibilities involve:- Coordinating all EUC hardware requirements- Assisting the account creation/deletion process for various systems, including Active directory.- Manage access request to systems required for new colleagues to perform givenrole- Provide IT support via ticketing systems.

Working to inspire young people with the benefits of going to university and gaining a degree.

12 weeks placement at Mott MacDonald, working as a Human Factors Engineer in the railways team.
