Presently employed as an operations manager, overseeing techs performing basic studies in state prisons. I have a background using digital x-ray equipment as well as plain film. Currently my job is to see that 11 techs work to their best potential using modern digital equipment. I believe that by treating others as an equal, no matter their walk in life.

Performed x-rays in nursing home settings, as well as some county prisons. It was a full-time job which also entailed being on call many weekends and evenings. All work was done with old fashioned plain film and readings done in local hospitals. Definitely very physically demanding but also gratifying. I worked with a great team and had contact with many.

Duties included overseeing operation of the dining room, keeping the books, paying taxes and doing payroll (by hand back then), hiring and training dining room and bar staff, both American and Chinese.
