Technical Product Manager
Current- Oversee product development and implementation for Salesforce CRM & Genesys Contact Center- Led the enterprise roll out of the 988 Unified Platform to the 988 chat/text network. Migrating 4k users across 76 centers, network-wide adoption of the UP increased answer rates and decreased average speed of answer. - Facilitate cross-functional alignment on product priorities among partners within engineering, design, data, marketing, clinical and operations.- Partner with UX researchers to create reliable, consistent methods for gathering user insight on features and enhancements prior to development, ensuring product decisions are informed by user needs. - Advocate for user needs through deep empathy and understanding, improving engagement and shaping the product vision for success.- Prioritize updates and enhancements and manage release timelines in collaboration with stakeholders Identify and prioritize product enhancements to deliver value to help seekers, help-providers, and center administrators.
