Maximise administration team KPI’s to the ever best of sector. 10 subcontractor company joined, prevailed almost 9 years, 500 employees joined, almost 15,000 improvements realized*Achieved to minimize the loss of production time due to equipment failure (< 1% failure)*Successfully created and implemented proposal systems for team members to boost their participations to the work, name of the Project : ‘Impose your value’, Yearly gain : 20 suggestion / person*Successfully Initiated and led (Single minute Exchange of Die) Project, provide trainings increase awereness of team members, change work flows by efficient spaghetti diagrams to reduce die exchange time %100 from two digits to single one.
