Currently managing a 4M+ purchasing yearly budget Quality Control: Setting QC operations to ensure that the materials and services procured meet the required standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary and creating appropriate reports Purchase Order Management: Drafting and managing purchase orders, monitoring the end to end process to ensure accurate contracts execution and adherence to timelinesLogistics and Supply Chain: identifying together with suppliers and logistics partners the best possible solutions for goods transportingProject Management: Managing complex projects, coordinating crossfunctional teams (sales, supply chain, legal, visual). Leading planning and ensuring projects are delivered on time within company standards
