REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND ACCREDITATION s Successfully led a team within the Orlando Health Cancer Institute through four accreditation cycles with the Joint Commission and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) by creating and implementing processes to meet or exceed regulatory requirements and quality standards. Appointed “ever-ready ambassadors” to coach team members, maintain survey standards, and ensure proper documentation. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT s Collaborated with the Ambulatory CEO and AVP to develop and build the $30M, 30K square foot Comprehensive Care Facility, including radiation, chemotherapy, labs, medical, and surgical oncology clinic.
