Prospective candidate technologies are developed through a global JV with a team of MDs, PhDs, and industry-related CROs. Specialties include pulmonary diseases; TB for impacted countries and a derivative focused on the impact of Particulate Matter (PM), which is generated from Climate Change. The technology has the efficacy attributes to replace the US industry standard MAA diagnostic, which is limited to 50 microns of detection.

Our private equity portfolio candidates are well-established with their respective product offerings and/or services provided. Inclusively, they are capable of international expansion and developing a sustainable and rapid growth mode. Through our management team's industry network, we are presented a number of venture or firm introductions for equity participation consideration. The dominant characteristic of each is that they (1) solve a problem, and/or, (2) reduce costs. Following a company-specific investment process to evaluate the intrinsic value of the company based on the future relevancy of the company's products or services, sustainable competitive advantages and management, we apply nine operating standards to initiate a PE interest exploration and further the process through a capital commitment.
