Re-joined McCarthy Tétrault LLP in November 2017 as Counsel with a practice focused on project development and transactions in the mining and energy industries, aboriginal law and environmental law. In this role, I advise domestic and international companies on permitting and environmental law, sustainability strategies and agreements with project stakeholders, construction, mergers & acquisitions, offtake and royalty agreements, and joint development arrangements. I am a frequent speaker on aboriginal and environmental law topics.

I joined Barrick in 2012 as Corporate Counsel before taking on a series of successively senior roles within the Environmental & Mine Closure Departments.
