I am responsible for custom content and publishing with Wiley Publishing covering the area of Canada. I work with a wide variety of organizations to develop custom books, e-books, website content, instructional video, webinars and infographics for use in various sales, marketing, lead generation or educational programs. We work with companies to create "...For Dummies" branded or private label resources, as well as leverage our other well known imprints and authors to create highly customized and useful communications. Wiley has a deep and vast list of content that can be leveraged to meet the educational, content marketing, lead generation and sales objectives of any organization.I am also the Account Representative for the Display and Direct Marketing channel. These customers include Books Are Fun/Imagine Nation Books, Scholastic Book Fairs, Atrium Books, Mountain Empire and Publishers Clearinghouse. I sell into display and direct marketing firms, at large quantities and non-returnable.

Manage the custom solutions accounts once a deal has been closed. I am responsible for correspondence, tracking projects, and uncovering new revenue opportunities. Manage directly all aspects of the custom product creation for the North American custom solutions team:-Communicate as needed with the customers schedule, process, and deliverables-Create and manage project tracking reports, communicate the status of projects to customers, sales team and editorial teams.-I am the liaison between Wiley and customers and responsible for monitoring all email communications and manage all telephone conversations-Solve or make recommendations for scheduling issues with customers, authors, editorial teams and bring in sales rep if warrantedResponsible for selling new product offerings, understanding new business models, and providing tracking and distribution of digital products for the global custom team and its customers.Work with sales director to create outreach programs to existing accounts. Identify additional revenue opportunities with reprints, reloads of ebooks and generate leads for new products.Proactively sell to a defined existing account base as well as open up new accounts for dummies products throughout territory to include resellers, VARs, consultants, and training companies.Cross train to handle all of the account management team’s responsibilities including account management, lead generation and other follow-up activities.
