Timber frame design using consultec software.Managing projects from start to finish, consulting with Architect and Engineer. Streamlining work and improving cad standards.Type of projects include; houses, 5 storey progressive collapse and projects requiring a large amount of steelwork.

I was responsible for surveying commercial buildings, producing existing layout plans and elevations, producing plans for planning applications and then producing a set of working drawings for the purpose of tendering. I used my 3D skills to create 3D models.

Primarily my duties involved setting out sites, drawing up plans for planning & building regulations. Secondary to this my skills as a carpenter and joiner along with my construction knowledge were used to bring these ideas to life.

My duties involved the creation of sections and elevations from architectural plans. Detailing and scheduling of reinforcement bars in beams, columns and slabs usingAutocad 14.
