- Manage Financial Performance analysis for 10 entities as part of Country KPI monitoring and present the results to Management on quarterly basis.- Drive the preparation, consolidation, integration, and submission of Country Budgeted Financial Statements (5 years period) for 10 entities to accurately reflect the planned activities and strategy.- Lead the preparation, consolidation & submission of monthly & quarterly reports to HQ i.e. CAPEX/OPEX Performance, Production vs Entitlement, FS Analysis, Cash Flow Forecast.- Take responsibility in promptly responded all frequent clarification requests from HQ.- Assess & monitor long-term cash flow profile to provide accurate assessment on loan repayment, dividend, & business outlook to HQ management.- Monitor financial performance with focus on profitability and cash flow for 4 producing entities.- Perform budget monitoring and expenditure control for 10 entities.- Develop Country Financial Performance reporting in Power BI as part of digitalization initiatives.- Ad hoc requests from Management i.e. long term Financial Statements projection focusing on profitability and cash flow to assess Country long term strategy (Venture Plan)

- Lead, coordinate and consolidate Financial Performance analysis for 10 entities as part of Country KPI monitoring & present the results to Management with sufficient details for effective discussion on monthly basis.- Lead, coordinate and consolidate Country Budgeted Financial Statements (5 years period) by transforming complex input data (CAPEX/OPEX, production & price) into Balance Sheet, Statements of Profit/Loss & Cash Flow for 10 entities and present the results to HQ Management.- Lead, coordinate and consolidate the submission for 8 (eight) required monthly & quarterly reports to HQ which include CAPEX & OPEX Performance, Financial Statements Year End Projection (YEP), Financial Performance Analysis, Profitability Croc Chart, Cash Flow Croc Chart, Cost Bank Status, Quarterly Cash Flow Forecast and Annual Financing Plan.- Take responsibility in promptly responded all frequent clarification requests from HQ without any escalation to management level.- Develop simplified monthly Cash flow Forecast model which increase efficiency and provide quick reference for monitoring purpose; further embedded in presentation pack to provide cash availability update.- Maintain short-term cash sufficiency by close monitoring & updating changes in YEP assumptions (production, price, CAPEX/OPEX) on monthly basis to ensure business activities run uninterruptedly.- Assess & monitor long-term cash flow profile in order to provide accurate assessment on loan repayment, dividend & business outlook to HQ management.

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports which include Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and Fixed Assets schedule.- Ensure completeness, consistency and accuracy in accordance with IFRS and PSC Accounting in Indonesia.- Review and validate amortisation and depreciation schedule for monthly closing.- Coordinate the statutory audit performed by external auditor for FY2017 – 2018. Responsible to review and validate all audit schedules prior to submission to auditor and response to all audit queries and propose solutions to all audit issues.- Lead and coordinate the Group’s Asset Impairment Assessment and responsible to assess, review and consolidate impairment analysis for 5 producing entities.- Consolidator for actual reporting including the Financial Statement analysis.

- Understand the client’s operational activities and making an overall assessment on the Company’s business and control environment.- Develop the audit strategy and planned procedures in the form of audit program.- Review and analyze the financial statements and other financial data.- Perform and implement Audit Standards and Procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in Indonesia established by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants.- Detect the weaknesses in the internal control system and giving recommendation for the finding matters in the form of Report to Management.- Discuss with clients and supervisor / manager in-charge about particular findings and problems.- Collaborate with clients in preparing Independent Auditors’ Report (including Balance Sheet, Statements of Cash Flow, Profit and Loss and Changes in Shareholders’ equity) that will be used by clients’ management and shareholders, financial institutions, creditors and supplier in making their decisions.- Accomplish assigned tasks satisfactorily within the designated time frame and ensures the deadlines are met.
