I come with an MBA and 15+ years of experience blended in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Resources, Data Analytics, Project Management, and Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. I have a passion for uncovering and removing barriers through deep-dive analysis, and I am committed to developing others, fostering positive stakeholder engagement, and operating with utmost customer obsession in all that I do. 👥💬Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to liaise in various industries - most recently big-tech. I have a knack for influencing without authority and translating data to drive meaningful conversations and guided outcomes. Others are drawn to me for my knowledge and expertise - I am a researcher by day and night, and I wholeheartedly believe that knowledge is power. I have also gained valuable experience in building / leading talent teams and mentoring others; my leadership has resulted in various skill-sharpening up-levels and cross-team promotions for my team and peers.
