Lidero el equipo de postventa, compuesto por la ejecutiva de postventa, el encargado de servicio técnico y un practicante. Gestiono y creo la base de datos de postventa. Realizo los análisis pertinentes para las respectivas áreas de la empresa. Levanto la información relevante y la presento a las diferentes áreas. Gestiono los casos críticos y/o complejos de los diferentes canales por donde vendemos. Gestiono el programa de fidelización.

Gestiono las ventas de la página web, facturo, hablo con clientes y resuelvo sus dudas respecto a los productos y a los servicios de despacho y armado; reviso las cotas de despacho, siendo también el servicio post venta de las ventas web, veo los casos de cambio de productos, y devolución de dinero entre otros. Por otro lado, en Shopify, administro la página web, verifico y corrijo todo lo relacionado a sus productos: inventario, imágenes, precios, información disponible, y se reviso y dejo preparados los pedidos de los clientes.

I worked helping the Costumer Business Partners of "Hygiene & Personal care". I made presentations in Power point for clients; I worked with databases (if necessary by crossing them) with the company's program (Answers), I analyzed purchasing behavior in certain categories when they had promotions; I raised the requests for database corrections; I went to visit clients with two CBPs to explain data base's analysis and show them the results of it.

I made: cable catalogs; translation of documents (whose language of origin was Spanish) into English; I transferred about 250 contacts from the export area to the CRM system; I wrote about 40 “Visit Report”, made between 2015 and 2016 (negotiation reports of the export area, with companies or government entities of other countries) in the CRM system; I helped with the testing of a new system for the Marketing and Sales (export) área.
