•Managing Cairo International Airport Terminal Building Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center) •Managing Both Cisco Nexus (9K&7K) and Catalyst Switches (Core, distribution, access model)•Managing Cisco Wireless Controller•Managing Cisco UCS 5108 Blade Server •Provide full support operation for different network solutions including:-- Veeam Backup Solution- VMware vCenter Server Appliance using VMware vSphere Client- Dell EMC Data Domain and Unity XT Storage Systems• Dealing with different Cisco security devices like (ASA, ISE, and Firepower)• Handle and follow up with field technicians to ensure field operations are solved efficiently in time.• Documenting all network Topology and devices to provide any data for following up with the Vendor regarding warranty issues and RMA cases.

• Working on the MSAN Migration Project as we migrate L2/L3 services for enterprise customers from old and legacy access nodes (DSLAMs) to multi-service access nodes (MSAN) • Configuring and Troubleshooting the following:-- PE-CE routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static )- MPLS L2 & L3 VPN on PE (Cisco&Juniper)- Customers’ premises (SHDSL modems and CE/CPE routers)- MSAN access nodes of different vendors (Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel)

•Working on the ministry of education infrastructure development project• Responsible for the Configuration of customers’ network Devices (Routers,Switches,Wireless Controllers,Access Points)• Configuring Multi-vendor equipment (Cisco,Huawei,Aruba)• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems• Responsible for the final project delivery to customer

• Configuring and troubleshooting internet issues for: -ADSL,VDSL VIP customers -FTTH (fiber to the home) and IPTV customers
