Duties & Responsibilities: • Configure and customize the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite, including setting up the portal, enterprise onboarding, case management, and knowledge management functionalities. • Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and vendors to gather requirements and design and implement business solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM platform. • Successfully integrated ServiceNow HRSD with HR service catalogs, allowing employees to access and request HR services directly through the self-service portal. • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, ensuring users are supported in meeting their business needs and providing ongoing maintenance and enhancements. • Implement new functionalities in Service Management, Service Catalog, and other modules using various ServiceNow features and scripting languages (e.g., business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows). • Work with technical teams to design and customize the Service portal, UI, widgets, and pages to meet customer requirements, using technologies such as jQuery, AngularJS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
