Responsible for leading the Business Travel Back Office team, in charge of 19 Analysts. Our goal was to deliver efficient and quality solutions toward the business travel service, with a variety of administrative and performance analysis. Responsible for delivering business travel analysis and monthly conciliations to client accounts. Main Responsibilities:• Analysis of outstanding balances.• Reception, support, follow up and resolution of administrative consultations and claims of external and internal customers.• Transfer of balances between accounts.• Charge disputes follow up.• Participation in the development of the “Non Air” project (processes automation).
