Some of the notable projects include: ► Managing and converting all applicable GAM share classes to compliance with MIFID II (over 800 classes) in just over 5 months (2017 – 2018).► Project management of the merging of suites of investment reporting applications into a single enhanced investment reporting system for both vanilla and bespoke fund types and creation of multiple data staging interfaces sourcing data from numerous sources. increasing volumes from ~400 to over 6,500 monthly reports in compliance with MIFID II (2019 – 2020).• Product owner and manager responsible for the investment reporting systems producing all of GAM’s monthly fact sheets reports. ► Configuration, customisation and creation of multiple fact sheet data structures for new fund types including: Fund of Hedge Funds, Long Only, Fixed Income, Single Manager Hedge, Composite, Strategy, GIPS, Leverage, MPS, MBS, Credit Ops, Talentum and Star Lux funds (2003 – 2020).• Directed, steered and implemented the investment proposal automation, and took part in the system development solution for client and institutional sales teams (2016 – 2017). • Managed and participated in the development of an internal KIID system, transitioning from outsourced manual production of KIIDs to an automated in-house process, resulting in subsequent multiple successful KIID annual updates and significant reduction in costs and time (2014 – 2016).
