Responsibilities:  Act as company representative and coordinator with General Motors Egypt for Optra and Pickup Truck exterior and Interior plastic parts (FR/RR Bumpers, Instruments Panels (Dashboards), Windshield Washer Tanks). Represent company with Nissan Motors Egypt for Sunny and Sentra exterior and Interior plastic parts (FR Bumper, RR Bumper, Instruments Panels (Dashboards), Consoles, FR/RR-LH/RH Door Panels, LH/RH Garnish, Windshield Washer Tanks, …etc.) Assist in developing and implementing company’s IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards and policies considering Customer Specific Requirements (CSR). Conduct 5S, internal process and product audit to ensure standardization, effectiveness, efficiency, and safety in the workplace, as well as develop new sources to resolve workplace inefficiencies. Participate in Fast Response meeting, at the start of the day to review and identify significant quality external and internal concerns from the past 24 hours. Organize Advanced Product Quality Planning activities APQP & Production Part Approval Process PPAP also document and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA and Flow Charts and submit PSWs. Follow up and Review daily and monthly check sheets and inspection reports to ensure keeping continuous improvement. Obtain approval for major changes with customers and perform the change management processes.  Take the responsibility for analysis of customer complaints and 8D preparation interacting with customers for corrective and preventive actions ensuring non recurrence or defect flow Participate with cross functional teams in New Product Introduction (NPI) Projects, Risk Management and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Audits, Continuous Improvement (CI).

Responsibilities:  Acted as a leader for 3 sections (air-conditioning, Machining and maintenance of electric motors). Planned, managed, trained and provided directions to more than 50 technicians. Executed monthly maintenance and production orders and reported their results. Attended weekly top management meeting to ensure the continuous improvement through implementing ISO 9001:2015.
