As part of my placement for Business Information Systems, I worked for Internal IT Administration within State Street. During this period, I was able to refine a broad array of technical and professional skills, with a focus Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Dell Wyse Devices. This was an incredibly formative period, allowing me to gain valuable experience in the world's largest custodian bank.

In this role with Debenhams, I am tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service while also maintaining an safe and clean shop flow. Through this role I've improved interpersonal skills while also being educated on dealing with cash and tills.

As student help in the Cork University Dental School & Hospital, I have been trusted to fulfil important tasks. A few such examples are dealing with patient queries on the switchboard, managing the transfer of patient charts as well as performing clerical tasks. Through this experience I have improved organization, communication and customer service skills.

As an operative with ISS, I have worked on several jobs including Travelodge Cork Airport Hotel, Paddy Power Douglas and the Pont Aven with Brittany Ferries. Through this position, I have gained an insight into how different types of work as well as being trusted to work on my own initiative.

During my short term contract with Debenhams, I was responsible for organising the stockroom, picking stock to be sent to the shop floor as well as dealing with deliveries of new stock. On several occasions i was also called upon to work on the shop floor during a busy sales period.
