As the project manager, my primary focus was on stabilizing radiopharmaceuticals and studying the effects of radiation (radiolysis). Throughout this role, I employed various analytical methods, including chromatography and spectroscopy, and also developed a new biosensor for pre-clinical studies. I used my managerial skills for preparation of business strategic planning.1) Flash radiotherapy: Flash radiotherapy utilizes high-energy proton beams for cancer treatment. In my project, I explored its mechanism by measuring Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in preclinical studies. To achieve this, I developed an electrochemical biosensor using double-stranded DNA for the detection and quantification of ROS.2) At-211 therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals: Astatine radiopharmaceuticals are unstable, with even the intermediate products exhibiting instability. In my investigation, I identified the source of this instability, which was attributed to auto-radiolysis during the purification process, specifically dry distillation. Once identified, I modified the production processes, successfully rendering the final product stable

As a CEO, I have conducted various projects and led a team of 20 individuals. Here are my projects and achievements:1) Production of ethanol and disinfection products: I first prepared a business plan and business model, and then successfully established a new production site with a daily capacity of 10,000 liters of 96% ethanol within 7 months. I also developed a strategic business plan for the next three years, focusing on producing by-products, reducing waste, and mostly increasing overall profit2) freeze drying: I utilized the freeze dryer facility on our site to lyophilize pomegranate juice as a pharmaceutical excipient. Initially, the drying process presented challenges, resulting in a cake-like consistency. However, I successfully addressed this issue by incorporating polysaccharides into the process. The outcome was a freeze-dried powder that maintained its original color, smell, and taste3) managerial achievements: I have demonstrated successful skills in this field, including:a) Strategic Planning: The strategies I implemented facilitated rapid growth for the facility, enabling it to capture a significant portion of the market.b) Financial Management: Through effective financial resource management and strategic marketing, I achieved a break-even point within one year.c) Team Management: I led the team with inspiration and motivation, resulting in a happy and highly efficient workforce.d) Problem-Solving: I excelled in quickly and effectively identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.e) Communication and Presentation: Through my communication style and presentations, I ensured that employees, stakeholders, and customers could understand our vision and goals.

1) Development and Fabrication of new wearable biosensor: I designed and fabricated a wearable, non-invasive electrochemical biosensor for measuring glucose from sweat. The prototype successfully passed the tests. Additionally, I worked on the development of various electrochemical biosensors for detecting biomarkers to diagnose heart diseases and neurodegenerative diseases.2) Development and production of radiopharmaceuticals: I have experience in managing various projects, including the establishment of a new cyclotron facility for PET scanning. In this project, I conducted market research and also prepared the business plan. I successfully managed the entire project from its inception to commissioning. Moreover, I scaled-up production of new radiopharmaceuticals for brain imaging and cancer treatment (production and also metabolism studies in preclinical and clinical stages). 3) Investigation of human brain chemical structure: I designed and developed an analytical technique using LC-MS-MS to identify chemical compounds within the human brain.4) Production of poly peptides as API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient)

During this project I managed different teams and prepared strategic planning for fabrication of new products and suggested business model for these new products. My projects in this mission are:1) Optimization of production line: By employing lean management and Six Sigma techniques, combined with technical expertise, I optimized the processes on the production line. As a result, I successfully increased the total yield by 20% and reduced production costs by 30%2) Formulation and scaling up new product: Conducting market research and preparing a business strategic plan, I proposed the fabrication of new products. I successfully managed the R&D team, overseeing the production, scale-up, and validation of QC analytical methods, including HPLC and GC-MS. Additionally, I actively participated in planning the marketing strategies for these new products.3) Industrial water treatment: I utilized my expertise to manage both the R&D and production teams for the treatment of wastewater. Through strategic initiatives, I successfully recycled the water for production processes, resulting in a significant reduction of water consumption from 1200 cubic meters to 400 cubic meters per day.
