Space Analytics provides litigation expert services in state and federal courts on eminent domain access takings, premises liability, architectural copyright, public space and First Amendment public forum issues and a variety of owner-designer-contractor-user problems. Space Analytics uses an award-winning spatial network approach that quantifies spatial patterns, has received manuscript awards and has been successfully reviewed for Daubert compliance.A spin-off of a university R&D group 25 years ago, our mission in serving clients is to deliver analyses that are clear, accurate and credible and provide effective testimony in depositions and trials.We diagnose spatial-visual architectural, site and urban design and configuration problems that have led to functional and economic problems for users and owners of real estate.
