During my internship at Lund University I worked on a life cycle assessment on the cold-press method of rapeseed oil. I compared if it is environmentally more beneficial to sell the produced press-cake for human consumption or animal feed. This was done by comparing the two options versus each other and versus other sources of protein that are used for human consumption and animal feed.
