I was part of the team that successfully developed a lending product for Hamrah Aval (MCI), which used SIM card value as collateral for cell phone purchases. My key contributions included:Writing SRS Documents: Responsible for developing comprehensive Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to ensure project requirements were clearly communicated and met.Designing Processes & Prototypes: Led the design team in creating operational processes and developing prototypes to optimize both the offline and online customer purchasing experience.This innovative project successfully transformed SIM cards into financial assets, providing customers with a flexible and seamless way to access credit for purchasing phones.

I completed an internship at the Iran Central Office of Hyperstar, under the observation of Majid Al Futtaim Holding, as a BI Analyst in the BI Department. My main project involved conducting RFM analysis on HI Club users (Hyperstar's customer club), providing insights into customer segmentation and behavior. Additionally, I had the opportunity to visit different departments, gaining valuable knowledge about the retail industry.
