Banyu Urip Project is multi-billions project. The project aim is to build Central Processing Facility that lift crude oil from 3 (three) Well pad, and deliver it through pipeline to FPSO at Lamongan Shorebase for export overseas. Of course, before Crude Oil delivered to FPSO, need some processing of separation between oil & gas, and use of gas for GTG as Power Generator for whole plant. This Central Processing Facility produce 185.000 BOPD that covers 20% of Indonesia Oil Production.During this Project, assigned as several position as a team member:(1) Ensure Honeywell DCS Experion to install properly at Banyu Urip Project for ExxonMobil Cepu Limited. It consists of 12,500 I/O that controlled by DCS directly and some packages (such as: Solar GTG, GE EHMS, ABB ECMS, Gas Lift Compressor, Gas Injection Compressor) that controlled by PLC and connected to DCS by around 35 thousands serial points.(2) Plant Growth Change Proposal Team, prepared proposal for change order to ExxonMobil Cepu Limited at Banyu Urip Project(3) System Coordinator for Mechanical Completion of WPB First Oil Project to get finished as per Project Schedule. During some additional scenario outside of the Main Project scope, client prepared Temporary Process Facility complete with temporary ICSS (Instrumented Control & Safety System) that will operate some Well pad partially, named Well pad B First Oil (WPBFO)(4) System Coordinator for MICC (Main Instrument & Control Contractor) Subsystems Mechanical Completion. Identified constrains that hold construction activities to achieve the Mechanical Completion target date and find solutions or escalate to higher level to get better solution.(5) System Coordinator for Produce Water & Gas Handling, Interfaced for multidisciplinary engineer (Piping, Mechanical, Civil, E&I) for Subsystems Mechanical Completion (6) E&I QC Inspector, Telecom & Security System(7) E&I QC Lead
