Current✓ Level 1 & 2 IT Network & System Support to Ost Constructional Projects LLC, Industrial & Ost Hotels and Resorts.✓ Visiting all Ost Constructing Construction Sites and Ost Hotels, and Labour Camps to follow-ups user's IT need.✓ Daily monitoring and maintenance of network and system devices across all locations.✓ Installation, configuration, and implementation of end-user and network/system devices with robust security measures.✓ Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.✓ Remote troubleshooting, helpdesk management, and timely resolution of IT Support requests. ✓ Creation, management, and maintenance of user profiles, group policies, email, and folder access permission. ✓ Support the implementation of computer systems, printers and scanner configuration and maintenance.✓ Microsoft windows installation, Ms office, antivirus and ERP software installation and latest updates and patches smooth running of systems on sites and Ost offices. ✓ Create AD Accounts for new users and maintain existing users accounts, Joining PCs to the Domain and Installation of all necessary software.✓ Autodesk AutoCAD software installation, Revit, Photoshop Installation and activation for design engineers on sites and tiger offices. ✓ Structured Cabling for Offices and sites, CAT6 Cables Crimping, testing on sites and Offices of Ost Construction Projects. ✓ Taking Fingerprints of new employees on sites and uploading to the central attendance system. ✓ IP Phones Installation, Maintenance and reporting.✓Forti client VPN Client Installation on PCs.✓ Coordination With different vendors and suppliers for ELV systems ( WIFI, CCTV, Access Control, Computer Networking) Implementation on sites.
