1、根据公司人力资源战略规划，执行制定阶段性招聘计划，负责全国12个业务战区及集团总部招聘；2、负责猎头供应商及招聘渠道资源管理和对接，提升雇主口碑； 3、负责指导各子公司人事专员招聘工作，确保各子公司招聘及时到岗； 4、负责协助部门负责人进行总监级员工招聘，全年累计招聘总监级员工10余人；5、对拟录用人员进行背景调查，与拟录用人员进行薪资待遇沟通，完成录用通知书发放；6、负责正式入职手续办理，职员人事档案的建立、更新和管理等工作；7、根据公司培训统一规划，配合部门经理完成导师制管理及内训师体系搭建工作；8、协助部门培训同事组织每季度新员工拓展培训；9、完成领导安排的其他工作。
