- Preparing MQA Audit Manual for each process and every single model/style that will run on the production line- Conducting audits and validating the line, ensure that everything is in accordance with the standards and all the doc such as SOP, PFC, TDS or etc is posted in every process needed- Perform routine audits for every lines and operators to carry out quality assessment- Prepare documents to build a Quality Management System- Perform fishbone analysis, 5why analysis, and also drive continues improvement to issues founded on the production line- Control and lead the project to ensure reaching the target as planned- Accompany buyer visit to factory and making a report during walk thru and carry the report

- Responsible for maintaining the customer, providing support if there is a problem on the field, providing input to the customer, keeping the machine/product in prime condition- Offer products/services to customers- Carry out gemba to the field to see the condition of the machine or the project site- Troubleshooting of our product or even providing the continues improvement- Make a schedule for customer visit and customer report

- Responsible for maintaining the customer, providing support if there is a problem on the field, providing input to the customer, keeping the machine/product in prime condition.- Visiting the customer to check the site and machine needed- Discussion with the Engineering team for the concept and method will be used- Managing the manpower cost and activity, also maintaining budget of the project based on the project schedule- Submit the progress report to customer, meeting progress with all dept, reporting to Manager for ongoing project - Analyze problems that occur in the field and create action plans and execute them without any problems

- Responsible to maintain the equipment in good condition & prevent downtime in production causing of machine or system error- Troubleshooting any errors of the machine/system, both of mechanical or electrical problem occurring on the production line- Develop a TIS / SOP of all the PaintShop Equipment- Daily control of TPM checklist of the equipment, also conducted scheduled maintenance preventive, such a weekly, monthly and yearly preventive- Daily control of building utility parameters of ASU, Chiller and Compressor
