Mechanical Engineering graduate & PGD (Industrial Engg & Mgt) more than 16 years hands on experience in the Quality,R&D & HVAC/MEP fields, Operation & maintenance in Fire Fighting, Plumbing & Pipeline etc.• As Assistant Manager Facility MEP is responsible with overseeing the day to day implementation of the policies, procedures and programs that will assure well-maintained buildings Mechanical,H VAC,Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems, placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the Facility operation and to follow safe environmental health and safety procedures.• Responsible to maintain the entire commercial mechanical, electrical, H VAC systems and related equipment, and fire safety systems in accordance with preventive maintenance programs.• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.• Ensure health and safety policies being maintained and implemented.• Help train, and supervise maintenance staff.• Develop and maintain positive relations with other associated Department Leaders, Employees and contractors through effective communication.• Ensure that preventive maintenance programs are effective and completed by Maintenance Technicians.• Follow up on work assignments for efficient, thorough completion.• Ability to prioritize workload; follow-up on assignments and work-orders.• Punctual, pay attention to detail and be consistent in adhering to Company policies & procedures.
