Job Description:-• To supervise retail outlets’ team by ensuring their presence and good performance at Sales and Customer Center.• To Get sales reports from shops on daily basis and ensure corrective measures where necessary. • To get regular reports of stock checks to ensure stock control at shops.• Responsible for all the shops administrative matters inclusive of opening/closing, cleanliness, wear & tear and attendance/punctuality of sales staff. • Conduct monthly performance meetings (at Head Office) with shops team by keeping HR department in loop.• Prepare attendance report of shops staff on monthly basis and submit to accounts for payroll.• Perform surprise visits at shops (Time to time) to check the sales team presence and performance.• During visit do chit-chat with customers to their satisfaction level regarding Uniformers products.• Prepare monthly sales report of shops and submit to Head Sales and Customer Care.• To get market knowledge through market observation about top customers moves as well as competitors’ movers.• Opening of new shops.• Any other tasks related to sales and customer care assigned by senior management.
