As a part of IDEMU By VIVERE Group, which specializes in Interior Design and Furniture Production, I am responsible for various key aspects to ensure the success of projects, including:- Conducting site visits and initial measurements to ensure accuracy and detail in project planning.- Managing and conducting meetings with relevant parties to gather necessary data for projects.- Creating 3D renders, layouts, and working drawings for furniture and fitout.- Preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and detailed pricing proposals for projects.- Presenting design outcomes and proposals to clients to gain approval and feedback.- Preparing project contract documents to ensure clear and structured agreements.- Coordinating with the production and installation teams to ensure the design implementation aligns with the plans.

My typical tasks and duties include: - consulting with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget; - creating design concepts and sketches for interior spaces, selecting materials, furnishings, and accessories that meet the client's requirements;- preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the client and other stakeholders;- coordinating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure that the design plans are implemented correctly; and - conducting site visits to oversee construction, installation, and other aspects of the project.
