Overseeing all outreach, admissions, and job placement efforts for Idaho Job Corps students at North Idaho College, including the recruitment and intake of new students. Assisting students with completing all program requirements and obtaining employment after completion of the program. Providing case management for assigned students. Maintaining student intake records in accordance with Personally Identifiable Information requirements.

Assist students who face difficult issues and crises that could affect their ability to remain successful towards degree completion while empowering students to build and strengthen their support systems. Conduct student needs and strength assessment. Identify and provide emergency crisis supports to students when needed. Initiate wellness checks on students when appropriate and determines follow-up and transition services. Connect students to campus, community, state and federal resources. Provide non-clinical interventions, referrals and follow up services. Created and manage student case management data base. Conduct presentations of services throughout the campus, Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene community while developing and maintaining relationships to better provide services for students. Provide outreach to NIC Parker campus on a weekly basis and the Sandpoint campus on a monthly basis.
