Job Resposibilitieso To perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, semi-finished &finished materials of inline products, complaint samples, stability samples, New sources, shelf study by using company current approved method of analysis.o Analytical testing method validation(ATMV) of Raw materials, products and impurities.o To properly record all analytical data, calculation of results, counter checking calculations by a second analyst or control chemist and checking against specification to report any discrepancies immediately to respective to Manager Quality control.o Training on HSE Topics like GMP, GLP, Handling of chemicals, learning events etc. o Process validation of products which includes all testing parameters like Assay, dissolution, content uniformity, impurity testing.o Preparing test solution, volumetric solution and various chemical for laboratory tests, mobile phase etc and their proper labelling including expiry date.o Proper use and Troubleshooting of laboratory equipment’s of HPLC (LC-20,shimadzu, CFR ), UV/VISIBLE spectrophotometer, TOC, AAS (AA6300,shimadzu), FTIR, Dissolution, Refractometer, Karl Fischer, disintegration, balances etc. by using proper procedure or manuals.o Ensure that all lab instruments that are used for testing and analysis are in calibrated condition. o Periodic calibration of laboratory equipment( Dissolution, DT, Melting point, Refractrometer, PH) according to their date of calibration.o To re-evaluate the expiry of working standard against reference standard.o To follow all the safety, GLP ,cGMP, EHS .o Properly maintain 5s in our area of responsibilities. o Maintain preventive maintenance records of lab equipment’s. o Prepare/review relevant SOP’s. o Perform routine checking of DISTILLED WATER/D.I through TOC.
